Seminar with Shihan Glenn 2023

The Karate Academy of Japan Gojuryu India recently hosted an exclusive seminar in 2023, led by world-renowned martial arts expert Shihan Glenn Stephenson. Based in Australia, Shihan Glenn holds the title of 7th Dan Kyoshi and is the President and Chief Instructor of Goju Ryu Karate-do Seiwakai Australia, as well as Director of Seiwakai Oceania.

Shihan Glenn, who achieved global recognition as the World Kata Champion in 1994 (World Karate Federation Championship), conducted intensive training sessions during the seminar. His teachings focused on advanced techniques, deepening the understanding of traditional kata, and refining the discipline of Gojuryu Karate among participants.

The seminar saw the active participation of 125 dedicated students, who benefited from world-class instruction and international exposure. In addition to the seminar, the event also included black belt grading examinations, allowing students to progress in their martial arts journey under expert supervision.

This landmark event served as an inspirational and educational milestone for all attendees, offering a rare opportunity to learn directly from a globally respected Karate master.
